The US Air Force highlighted an operational demonstration of Deliberate and Dynamic intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) Management, or D2ISRM, in a video summarizing the program. Representatives from the Air Force, MITRE, Charles River Analytics, and PatchPlus Consulting evaluated D2ISRM as part of the Command and Control (C2) Constellation program in Bedford, MA, in April 2012. D2ISRM aims to improve command and control of ISR assets and data. Charles River built one of D2ISRM’s primary components, PERSEID, or Perceptual Sensing and Information Displays, to improve the effective use of ISR assets through decision-support algorithms.
