The United States Air Force (USAF) highlighted Perseid, developed by Charles River Analytics, as a major component of its D2ISRM initiative. D2ISRM, or Deliberate and Dynamic Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Management, aims to improve command and control of ISR assets and data. Charles River’s Perseid, which stands for Perceptual Sensing and Information Displays, lets users see both deliberate and dynamic data simultaneously and recommends ISR platform tasking and re-tasking based upon mission considerations.
The Electronic Systems Center Command and Control Constellation program evaluated this prototype at an operational demonstration in Bedford, MA, in April 2012.
